1. The port sets out the vehicles that are prohibited from entering or exiting the port area (except for the people's livelihood protection materials or special demand products, and vehicles that provide export collection and transportation services for foreign trade goods and inbound and outbound passengers with national IV and above emission standards). Iron and steel, coking, non-ferrous metals, power, chemical and other key car companies are not allowed to transport vehicles into the factory area (except for transport vehicles that ensure safe production operations).
